We ensure high levels of quality childcare by ensuring our staff are suitably trained and qualified. All staff have either completed their Level 5 Childcare Cert or are working towards it. Our Montessori teachers have relevant Montessori qualifications.

Our staff are trained and experienced in caring for young children - leading and guiding them and helping them learn about the world around them, by offering consistent support in a secure and loving environment. They also know how to encourage children to stretch and challenge themselves to reach development milestones - resulting in a huge sense of achievement for all involved, both children and staff. (And we have some in house experts on toilet training!)

Our Staff are also trained in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, Manual Handling, Fire Prevention, Food Hygiene, and regularly participate in workshops and courses on such topics as curriculum planning, outdoor play, arts and crafts, additional needs etc
